Missouri Highway 19 Gladden Creek Bridge
This through-truss bridge in south central Missouri carries
Highway 19 across Gladden Creek, a normally-dry stream that can
become quite torrential after a heavy rain. The
listing in the National Bridge Inventory indicates that the bridge
was built in 1924 (I think that was when Highway 19 was paved) and
is considered functionally obsolete, but is adequate to,
"tolerate being left in place as is."
