33 West 63rd Street
An isolated tenament building just west of the West Side YMCA was one of the only survivors of the redevelopment of Lincoln Square. It seemed a bit forlorn amongst the surrounding towers, but appeared to be well maintained when I visited. Perhaps the air rights have been sold, protecting it as a quaint anachronism for future generations to marvel at.
