Two theatres in an old townhouse. The 45th Street theatre is a 99-seat proscenium theatre on the main floor. The Bosakowski is a 47-seat black box on the 2nd floor. Former home of Primary Stages, which relocated to 59E59 but continued operating the 45th Street facility.
