First Baptist Church

First Baptist Church, Urbana was constructed in 1895 with an addition in 1927. The sanctuary features oak pews, stained glass windows and an elevated pulpit. The addition features offices, classrooms, restrooms, and a third story gymnasium. In 2005 the congregation moved to a newer facility on Philo Road and sold the downtown Urbana building to the Korean New Life Church, part of the Free Methodist denomination.
