Polygons are from the USCB TIGER/Line cartographic boundary files.
- GEOIDFQ: Fully-qualified GEOID code composed of a prefix and FIPS code that can be used to unambiguously join with US Census Bureau data from data.census.gov.
- ST (STUSPS): USPS two-letter state code
- Name (NAME): State name / county name / zip code / tract name / zip code
- Latitude: WGS 1984 latitude of the centroid calculated from the area polygons with st_centroid()
- Longitude: WGS 1984 longitude of the centroid calculated from the area polygons with st_centroid()
- Square_Miles: Land area in square miles calculated by dividing ALAND + AWATER (square meters) by 2,589,988

- Average_Household_Size (DP02_0016E): Average number of persons per household

- Percent_In_College (DP02_0058PE): Percent of population 3 years or older enrolled in college or graduate school

- Percent_Commute_Alone (DP03_0019PE): Percent of workers 16 years or over that drive to work alone in a car, truck, or van
