Built as a vaudeville and movie house. Briefly served as the home to Alfredo Salmaggi's opera company from 1953 until closing in 1959 and being converted to a glass factory. Readapted and reopened in 2013 as the BRIC Arts Media House, which included a large art gallery, television production facility, and cafe in addition to a small auditorium.
