The Theodore Roosevelt Birthplace is a national historic site
honoring the 26th President of the United States and located at
28 East 20th Street, between Broadway and Park Avenue South.
The building is a reconstruction from the 1920s of the home on
the site where Roosevelt lived from his birth in 1858 until 1872.
The exhibits display a large number of artifacts from Roosevelt's
childhood, through his years in the White House and his post-presidential
activities.
