32 Sixth Avenue
32 Avenue of the Americas was completed in 1933 as AT&T's World Headquarters. This lovely 27-story, 1.15 million-square-foot Art Deco building is perhaps most distinguished by two 150-foot towers on the roof with ringed support structures for a wide variety of antennas and line-of-sight to most of Manhattan and large parts of New Jersey and Long Island. The building reinvented itself for the internet age as The Hub, a co-location and interconnection facility providing access to ISPs, enterprise tenants and wireless providers.
