Parcel Heat Tables

These heat tables show various distributions of data by parcel.

Parcel data is from 2013 from the Maricopa County Assessor's Office.

Tract level data is from the 2008-2012 American Community Survey. The oversampling of tract data by parcel may yield different results than later tables that aggregate parcels by tract.

Tract Heat Tables

These heat tables show various distributions of data by census tract as defined in the 2008-2012 American Community Survey.

Distressed parcels are any parcels that at any point between 2002-2012 had a foreclosure Notice of Sale (NOS) issued, whether or not the sale was completed or cancelled.

Foreclosed parcels are any parcels that at any point between 2002-2012 went through a completed foreclosure sale to a new owner.

Source and interpretation of the foreclosed/distressed parcel data is discussed further below.
