We left for Lake Charles around 11AM, stopping for a late lunch at my parent's favorite restaurant (and a favorite of old folks everywhere), the Piccadilly restaurant in Alexandria. Immediately upon arriving, we began finishing up the kitchen and clearing up loose ends around the house. And we finally got the sewing room cleared out!!!
