Los Angeles Stock Exchange
618 South Spring Street
Los Angeles, CA
This is the entrance to an eleven-story streamline moderne building designed by Samuel Lunden and opened in 1931. The facility had a large trading floor, offices, an auditorium, reading rooms, recreational areas, a printing room and a vault. The then-named Pacific Stock Exchange vacated the building in 1986 and when I visited in 2013 it was a dance club.
