Burnham Yard Demolition
The Burnham Yards were built by the Denver and Rio Grande Railway in 1874.
The 70-acre facility was bought and used by the Union Pacific Railway as a
locomotive repair facility until early 2016, when consolidation of facilities
and increased property values precipitated transition to a more-profitable use.
