A rehabilitation project supported by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), which since 1987 has provided money to repair, rehabilitate and construct hundreds of thousands of units of housing. HPD protects the existing housing stock and expands housing options for New Yorkers while striving to improve the availability, affordability, and quality of housing in New York City.
