Cheyenne Diner
411 9th Ave (at 33rd Street)
The Cheyenne Diner was a modular building constructed by the
Paramount company (Oakland, NJ) and assembled on this corner
around 1940. It was originally named the Market Diner and
renamed the Cheyenne Diner in 1986. It was closed
in April of 2008 and moved to Red Hook, Brooklyn to make way for a
nine-story residential/commercial building.
