New 42nd Street Theater (defunct)

348 West 42nd Street (between 8th / 9th avenues)

This address was briefly home to the West Side Dance Project (which has been moving further down the West Side with each successive move). The dingy space included a 99-seat theatre with the most narrow dressing room I have ever seen. The building was destroyed and replaced with an office tower around 2000.
