Designed by Irving Kudroff and opened as a 350-seat, double-barreled porn theatre. Briefly served as a revival house during the '80s before returning to porn. Was the information center for Gray Line bus tours (with a Burger King in the basement) when I took this shot in the Summer of 2006. (reference).
