145 Avenue of the Americas (between Spring & Dominick)

HERE is a performing and visual arts organization formed in 1993. They used to occupy the entire first floor of their building with a nice little bar and cafe facing Avenue of the Americas. However, exploding real estate values forced them to relinquish the cafe for profitable office space rental. I ASMed a Living Room Festival show here in 2002 - photo below of a notes session in the cafe.
