Gramercy Park
Gramercy Park, located between Park Avenue, Third Avenue, 20th Street and
21st Street, is New York City's only surviving private park.
It was the centerpiece of a planned development by Samuel B. Ruggles in 1831.
Residents of the surrounding buildings receive keys to the gate.
