Naturalist's Walk

Naturalist's walk is a tree covered area just opposite the American Museum of Natural History, on the west side of the park between 79th street and the 81st Street Transverse Road. It's a peaceful, unimposing area of paths and benches, good for a pleasant respite if you're in the area, but not worth making an extra trip to see.
