Caprice - National Diamond Center

From the sacred to the profane...

Cut diamonds are one of Israel's major exports, and a lot of them supposedly get cut at the Caprice Diamond Center in the former Diplomat Hotel. We stopped there on the way out of town. Fittingly, the new U.S. Consulate was just up the hill.
