Delphi
Delphi sits on the slopes of Mount Parnassus and was the home of a Temple of Apollo that housed the office of an oracle that delivered prophecies. A nearby archaeological museum is perhaps most notable for its 5th century bronze charioteer, the only surviving bronze sculpture from the complex. It avoided looting and repurposing by being buried under rubble from an earthquake in 373 BC.
