Pulgas Water Temple
The Pulgas Water Temple was built by the San Francisco Water Department at the terminus of the Hetch Hetchy Acqueduct. Water originally flowed over a waterfall under the temple into a canal that flowed west into the Upper Crystal Springs Reservoir, but the water was diverted in 2004 to a treatment plant.
